    Bio

Introducing Rob Kingham, a popular figure amongst his peers at Marple CC and the University Of Birmingham. Rob is a versatile player that has the ability to win matches with both bat and ball. Proven to turn up when it matters and the team needs him most. He has delivered some notable match winning performances which make him one of the key players to any outfit he partakes in.

Rob is an opening medium fast bowler with the ability to swing the ball both ways and challenge any top order batsmen with his his skill and create doubt to even the best batters in any competition. If the team needs someone to take some early wickets and put pressure on the opposition, the captain is often turning to Rob to generate some opportunities with his skilful and ever reliable seam bowling.

With the bat Rob has cemented his spot as a middle order finisher, notably with some match winning run chases for his beloved Marple CC in the Cheshire County Cricket Competition where he has entered the crease at some testing times and steered the boys home with multiple half century stands notably an 86 highest score making his runs at an average of 30.

Rob is looking to travel to Melbourne for season 2025/26 where he aims to play at competitive level and pass on his knowledge/skillset to his peers along with contribute back to any club with coaching and required groundwork/maintenance.
