    Adrian Hinds is a positive left-handed opener from the hotbed of talent that is Guyana that does not allow the bowlers to dictate matters to him, rather looking to be proactive and get the innings some early momentum. A strength of his is the style in which he plays the quicker bowlers.

    His cricketing journey began aged 11 when he joined Transport Sports Club where he remained until he recently joined Malteenoes Sports Club early in 2024 to further his development.

    Adrian comes recommended from a respected Guyanese coach and given his selection for Guyana under-19’s in the Cricket West Indies (CWI) Regional under-19 Championship in 2018 and 2019, it’s easy to see why.

    Keen for his foray over to the UK, Adrian will add quality to any top order. Guyana’s domestic scene is strong right now with regular competition against first-class cricketers and players from Guyana’s academy, Hinds invariably holds his own while adding his own counter-punches. Hopefully 2025 sees an opportunity for exposure in the UK.
